I have finally finished putting together all of The 12 Days of Christmas by Prairie Schooler. This was charted to be stitched as a sampler, two rows of six, but I chose to stitch them all separately to make into ornaments. They are mounted on red or green plaid wool and backed in linen. I have been working on this for three years... you can tell by the finishing. The first year I made the hangers out of ribbon, next year, red rick rack, then this year finished them up with twine. I may age them a tad before putting them on the tree tomorrow.

Love them! I so want to stitch these someday! I like the idea of having them as separate ornies like that.
