A few things to share...

Hello, Today is sort of a mish-mash of different things.  First, here is a little progress, not nearly as much as I would like, on the mega sampler Manifesto.  I am nearly to the bottom of the far right column, so I think that means that I am 1/5 done!

I also hooked a rug this week, a small mat.  It is a miniature version of Magdalena's Double Horses, pattern by Maria Barton of Star Rug Company.  I added a couple extra rows onto the border so that it would be a better fit on an old primitive box overturned, that I use as a coffee table.  I used crochet to bind it with 1/4 inch wool strips.

This picture is of an antique Schoenhut piano that was my mother's when she was a child.  It still plays. On top is a goose shaped gourd that I love.

I forget which samplers I have shared previously, so forgive me it this is a repeat.  On a wall in the kitchen is Freelove Hazard, Mary Livcey, and M. Pollard.

Finally, my mandatory animal photo.  This is Oliver, Charlotte, and Ginger.

Hugs to all...
Until next time.
Melinda

  1. All your work is wonderful. How lovely! Do our dog and cats always curl up together? That is so sweet. Our dog and cat agreed to tolerate each other. I think the dog did a happy dance when the cat died.
