I wash mine quite frequently. Just put a "color catcher" in there with it in case any of the colors bleed. Wash it on a cool setting and then put it outside to dry. Separate the light wool from the dark.<br />Also try soaking the backing the same way but be sure to put it in a warm place in the sun so it dries fast..
